condemning the brussels shooting

ICJW and its Belgian Affiliate, the Council of Jewish Women of Belgium, have condemned the shootings at the Brussels Jewish Museum. 

The International Council of Jewish Women (ICJW) stands with its Belgian affiliate, the Council of Jewish Women of Belgium, and with the Jewish community around the world, in condemning the deadly shootings at the Brussels Jewish Museum, on Saturday May 24, 2014. 

Robyn Lenn OAM, President of ICJW, says: “We stand together against anti Semitism and racial hatred, and extend our condolences to the families of those who were killed and injured in this attack.”

ICJW encourages interfaith dialogue at all levels. Its affiliates and representatives around the world promote and participate in interfaith and inter-cultural programs in order to develop greater understanding between world religions and cultures. ICJW monitors racism, anti-Semitism and religious intolerance in order to disseminate information to its affiliates and their wider communities.”
