UN Human Rights Chief says no repeat of failed Durban Conference

The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Louise Arbour, has pledged that a new UN anti-racism conference (labeled ‘Durban II’) would not be a repeat of the 2001 summit in Durban, South Africa, that drew charges of anti-Semitism.
