eliminating violence against women - 16 days of activism

The International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women is observed every year by International Council of Jewish Women  on November 25 followed by 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence.

As the International Council of Jewish Women continues its decades of work promoting Women’s Rights in all affiliate organisations’ countries and in its NGO work at United Nations in New York, Geneva, Vienna and Paris, we rededicate ourselves as women  to further and progress the place of all women in our global community.

Find out more on this website about our campaigns against human trafficking and to improve the status of women.
